Where do your products come from?

Our products are designed internationally but are mostly manufactured in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea and India.

Our suppliers are all well established and successful manufacturing companies that offer and export quality and sought-after products to the world.


How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

For the US, Canada, UK and Australia we select the fastest and most economical shipping method*. This method uses the postal service of your respective country (eg. if you are in America, it is shipped with USPS) They endeavor to deliver within 2 to 4 weeks to the US and slightly longer to Canada, UK, and Australia.

Bear in mind that in addition to the shipping time there is an additional processing time. This involves order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Can I track my parcel?

Our shipping method also features tracking and delivery confirmation in the US Postal Service network. Al can be tracked through USPS, China Post, or sites like and Tracking more.


What if I am not happy with my purchase?

Our refund and exchange policy lasts 30 days. We can offer refunds and exchanges for damaged goods or lost parcels only. Color or sizing are, unfortunately, not covered under our policy. Please be sure to double check the sizing, color and product details before checkout.
